Airport Transportation. Airport pickup until 10:30PM. Please call the front desk at 336-812-8787 upon arrival. Go to Ground Transportation, cross the parking lot, stand by the Van/Shuttle pickup sign.

Additional Area Restaurants. List is available at the front desk.

Breakfast. Variety, full, hot breakfast buffet. Open 6:30 AM -9:30 AM on Monday -Friday. Open 7:00 AM -10:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellation Policy. Individual reservations may be cancelled by 6 PM the day of arrival. Individuals within a group may cancel up to two days prior to the function to avoid charges. Groups may cancel within two weeks prior to the event.

Cash. Yes. Guest must establish credit with credit card.

FLS Shuttle Schedule. Leaves Ashford Suites each day (excluding Sunday) at 8:30 AM and picks up at 5:30 PM each day. Also picks up at 8:30 PM on Friday.

Gift Shop. alcohol, drinks, snacks, and food: Yes.

Gold’s Gym. Hotel guests may workout at local, designated Gold’s Gym.

Mulligan’s Bar. Opens at 5:30 PM, seven days per week.

In-door pool with outdoor sun patio. Open until 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Jacuzzi’s and Fireplaces. Jacuzzi’s available in King Suites. Fireplaces in all suites.

Long-term stay discounts. Please contact the Sales Department.

Meeting Rooms. Available at a nominal charge. Discounted rates available for corporate guests. No charge for one-day meeting space for every 20 room nights booked.

Minimum age to rent a room. You must be 21-years-old to rent a hotel room. [Top]

No-show fee. Individuals - Cancellations made after 6 PM will be charged for one-night. Groups - Cancellations made after the cutoff date will be charged according to contractual agreement.

Packages. Individual Packages may be viewed on our Web site.

Parking. Free on-site parking available.

Pet Policy. No pets allowed. Please consider Loving Pet Inn or Lucky’s Resort to care for your pet while you stay with us.
