Hotel Meeting Rooms

• Ashton Room: As the largest banquet room, the Ashton Room can accommodate up to 85 guests and is the perfect selection for a reception, meeting, or dinner.
• Oak Hollow Room: For a setting that can accommodate up to 60 guests, our Oak Hollow Room gives you ample space.
• Deep River Room: For smaller gatherings, choose our Deep River Room to accommodate up to 25 guests.
• Executive Board Suite: For intimate meetings, select our Executive Board Suite featuring a conference table with 10 chairs as well as a convenient speaker phone to connect guests that are unable to attend.

Ashford Suites Hotel offers an additional room for informal parties that can accommodate up to 30 guests between the hours of 11am-4pm.
