The HPU Panthers will enjoy playing 32 out of 56 games at the much-loved Williard Stadium, which is just 15 minutes from Ashford Suites High Point, NC.
There are some changes to the 2012 HPU baseball team that may just give apposing teams a run for their money. Four players that were forced to sit out 2011 season are now back in the game including Zach Haile, Andrew Bartlett, Sean Wilson, and Jaime Schultz. There are two players that were picked for the 2011 MLB Draft, but choose to attend and play for HPU instead including Malcolm Clapsaddle and Mike Miedzianowski. Another change to the team are 21 newcomers on the roster. The HPU Panthers will be working with 12 freshmen and nine junior transfers. Just because the players
are new does not mean that the team will be at a disadvantage; three newcomers will be the starting pitchers for the Army series.
