Break out your walking shoes and join us as we Walk to Cure Diabetes! The High Point 2013 Walk to Cure Diabetes is a 5K walking event and will take place at High Point Central High School in High Point, NC. High Point Central High School is located at 800 Ferndale Boulevard. The walk will take place on April 27, 2013, with registration starting at 9:00am and the walk beginning at 10:00am.
JDRF works towards improving the lives of those affected by type 1 diabetes. Here at Ashford Suites High Point, NC, we believe JDRF is a wonderful organization and we’re going to be participating in the 5k walk! We will be participating as the “Ashford Suites Avengers.” Click Ashford Suites Avengers if you would like to donate to our team, a team member, or even join our team. We’ve set a goal of $1,5000, so we hope you will help us meet it. Our goal will help aid the overall goal for the walk, which is $180, 851.
